Shipping:

Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@lowwoodandmetal.com to notify us of your intention to return the item(s).
Packaging: Ensure the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Return Authorization: Await further instructions from our customer service team, including any required return authorization number or shipping label.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee for returns and cancellations. This fee helps to cover the cost of payment processing fees charged to us, even for refunded orders.
Exceptions:
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
- Customized or personalized items may have limited or no return eligibility, depending on the nature of customization.
